We are proud of the fact that one of our GSA ID/IQ projects was recognized in 2008 with the ARAS Team Award of Excellence. In addition, we have received numerous testimonials and letters of appreciation from satisfied GSA Project Managers and GSA customers. The following is a sampling of comments we have received from some of our GSA Project Managers and GSA clients:

RE: USMS MCEITS Data Center Build-out, Kansas City "PWA managed both with precision, flexibility and a totally professional and customer-focused attitude," "...their team comes highly recommended by this project manager for ongoing work with the Heartland GSA/PBS team." Robert (Bob) Rusbarsky, AIA, Architect & Sr. Project Manager, Heartland Region 6

RE: VA Administration Offices, Banister Federal Co "Piper-Wind Architects and TapanAm Associates turned shop drawings around in a day or two; and answered RFI's typically the same day. The fast turnaround of paperwork reflected the open communication by the entire project team which allowed the project to be completed on time, under budget and with less than 1.5% in change orders which is well under GSA average. All change orders were owner elected changes adding scope." Mike Scarborough, Project Manager, GSA Project Management Division (6PCE1)

RE: Department of Defense, Inspector General, Dole "I can honestly say that this was one of the most cost effective and productive projects I have ever been involved with. Its success was largely due to the excellent service delivered by your firm. Piper Wind's design team is technically proficient, forward thinking and very attentive which all resulted in a first-rate project. Delilah Naverro, Chief, Administrative Services, Division, Office of the Inspector General, DoD

RE: USDA National Grain Center, Expansion and Remo "Your extensive expert knowledge regarding all aspects of building design coupled with your desire and ability to understand our unique requirements has provided us with important insights we would never have obtained without your assistance." John R. Sharp, Director, Technical Services Division USDA.
